On his Instagram account oliverasmin_official, UZR expresses his gratitude for the harmony of the Indonesian people despite living amidst various diversity.
“Alhamdulillah, in Indonesia we can live side by side. Even with the variations that exist. Unity in diversity. Unity in Diversity. Alhamdulillah. Not only the diversity of religions, but we here also have a variety of cultures, languages, customs, and so on. But we can still be united, “said UZR.
UZR also explained one of the keys to the harmony of the Indonesian people amid diversity in the forum.
“One of the characteristics of the Indonesian people is that they are always willing to have dialogue, even though sometimes there are sharp differences, as shown by the founders of this beloved country. And this suggestion for dialogue is by Islamic teachings in realizing peace and living in harmony and tolerance,” he wrote further in his instragram status, Tuesday (29/11/2022).
At the end of his writing, the General Leader of Wahdah Islamiyah hopes that these good things can continue to be preserved so that they can become a good example (qudwah) for other countries.
